Interior designer Gladys Abellya was captivated by the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces and the region’s emphasis on sustainability, while graphic designer Rizaldi Putra found his arrival to be a surreal realization of his long-held dreams—evoking memories of exploring open-world cities reminiscent of his favorite video game.

Together, their road trip through Christchurch and Queenstown offered unforgettable moments: from marveling at dynamic urban art and impressive architecture to savoring fresh Alpine salmon, locally picked fruits, and even feeding alpacas, each experience deepening their appreciation for innovative design and the magic of New Zealand.
